This was a large scale business transformation project working across multiple departments, multiple teams in various global ecosystems.
A key piece of the completed work was consolidating dispersed international payment gateways into a global master agreement, rate card and pricing strategy. Applying refreshed standards and a consolidated approach also allowed strategic actionable objectives towards business risk, fraud and payment optimisation at global scale.
