Subject to your statutory rights including under the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act, if you are not completely satisfied with our goods or services within 30 days, we may at our election either refund you system credits for future use, or refund money paid for the goods and services in question.
The way refunds are processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank generally within three (3) business days of receipt of the cancellation request.
- If you paid by PayPal refunds will be sent generally within (10) business days of receipt of the cancellation request.
Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order.
